the sheer skirt flows outwards. It has a thicker lining on the inside,
chiffon lining on the outside and a belt of the same fabric on the
waist. It also comes with a small rosette with a velvet ribbon that
can be used on the wrist or the neck. It has a long zipper in the
back and is in great shape!. A 50's dress with a 29-30 inch waist!.
